Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For 1 Serving:
2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed organic lemon
2 Tbsp. organic grade B maple syrup
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 c. filtered or purified water

For 1 Gallon:
5 organic lemons, juiced with pulp
1¼ c. grade B maple syrup
1 tsp. cayenne pepper (can be added per glass of juice)
10 c. filtered or purified water

Directions:
Directions:
Juice lemons and mix ingredients together. If you add the cayenne pepper to the gallon mixture, it will get spicer the longer it sits, so I add a pinch per cup, rather than to the whole pitcher.

Organic lemons, no sugar added to maple syrup, and purified water is important because this is a whole body cleanse, so you don't want to be adding treated water or fruit that may have been sprayed while detoxing.

I drink this for 3 to 10 days to do a full body cleanse. Just this and plenty of water. No other food. If you have not done a colon, liver, and kidney cleanse before, this is not a good plan to start with.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a great lemonade to drink just on its own not as a detox. That means you can drink it with food or between meals. For me, it helps reduce cravings and feel satiated. The cayenne pepper is great for opening your pores, especially on hot summer days to help your body cool off faster. It is also great for increasing metabolism.
