1 cup All ­Bran
1 cup milk
1 egg
¼ cup oil
½ cup raisins
1 cup flour
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt (optional)
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine All­ Bran and milk and let stand until most of the milk is absorbed. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Stir in raisins. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to All Bran mixture, stirring only until combined. Fill greased muffin tins about ⅔ full. Bake at 350º F. 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Yield: 12 muffins
