2 cups boiled, riced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Use warm potatoes. Mix with ⅔ to ¾ of the flour. Use the rest for rolling out lefsa. Mix flour, salt, butter and potatoes with potato masher. Roll out into thin rounds with rolling pin on floured surface. Then roll out thinner with lefsa rolling pin putting pattern on it. Fry in hot pan until brown spots appear. Flip with lefsa stick and fry on other side. Put lefsa in plastic wrap with damp tea towel around so that the lefsa doesn't dry out.
