3 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp each lemon juice, (salt?)
1/8 tsp pepper
6 drops worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp seafood seasoning
1 pint shucked standard oysters, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until partially cooked.
Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
Add lemon juice and seasonings.
Arrange oyster in well-greased, shallow baking pan.
Spread bacon mixture over oysters.
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes or until edges begin to curl.
Serve hot as appetizer or over toast points as a main dish.
