1 package of puff pastry
1 package of frozen spinach thawed
3 green onions chopped
1 tsp parsely
feta and ricotta as desired
2 eggs beaten
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw your puff pastry. Open puff pastry and lay flat on baking pad covered with parchment paper, and cut strips out on either side of pastry, but leave the middle with no cuts.

After mixing all the ingredients together, spread in the middle of the puff pastry. Fold the ends of the pastry over the mixture.

Beat the egg yolk and brush over the pastry. sprinkle with sesame seed.

Bake at 350º for 36 minutes and until golden brown.

Let cool and cut to serve.
