1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400
Grease muffin pan.
Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Place oil into a one cup measuring cup and add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Stir in vanilla. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups to top and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.

Crumb Topping:
Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter and cinnamon. Mix with for, and sprinkle over mufins before baking.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
