1 c butter, softened
2 c sugar
2 lg eggs
1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
3-3/4 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add 2 c sugar, beating well. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, beating well. Gradually add flour, baking powder and 2 tsp cinnamon, beating at low speed just until blended (you can store dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week).

Combine 3 tbsp sugar and 1-1/2 tbsp cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll dough into 1-1/4" balls, and roll in sugar mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake at 375 for 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 5 minuts. Transfer to wire racks and cool completely (about 30 minutes).
