1 16oz box wheel shape pasta, or any other shape you desire
1 large or 2 small green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
1 red onion, julienne
3 carrots, shredded
1 can sweetened condense milk
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
2/3 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni seven minutes in salt water. (I add one Tablespoon oil to water) Drain macaroni completely and add vegetables. Combine milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
