1 lb thin sliced bacon, diced and fried
1 med onion, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
8oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12oz small curd cottage cheese
8oz shredded Swiss cheese

║Preheat oven to 350║
In skillet where bacon was fried, cook onion until soft. Combine remaining ingredients with onion and transfer to greased 12x9" baking dish. Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
