2 lb chicken breasts
2 c uncooked white rice
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cans water
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in thin layer on bottom of 13 x 9" baking pan. Place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Combine Cream of Chicken soup with 1-1/2 can of water, pour over pan (retain 1/2 can of water for use later if necessary). Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Bake at 350 until rice is soft (add water if it becomes dry before the rice is soft).
