Ingredients:  
2 pounds of ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
green bell pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, sliced
garlic - personal preference - usually two cloves
1 (46 oz) can tomato juice
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 (15 oz) cans red kidney beans or chili or pinto beans (or a mix)
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
tsp pepper
Garnish:
shredded cheddar cheese
frito corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions, garlic and beef, drain well.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
4. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and frito corn chips.
5. Enjoy!
