Crust:
1 Cups Graham Crackers
⅓ C sugar
6 TBLS Butter, melted
tsp cinnamon

Filling
8 oz cream cheeze
C sugar
tsp vanilla
1 large egg
1 -15 oz can pumpkin puree
tap salt
1 C evaporated milk
3 large eggs

Preheat oven 350F

Crust
Mix Graham crackers, sugar, melted butter and cinnamon until well blended.
Press into pie pan
For best results freeze before filling

Filling
1. Combine cream cheese, 1\4 C sugar and vanilla; blend in egg. Spread evenly into unnamed shell.
2. Combine pumpkin, 3\4 C sugar, spice and salt; blend in milk and 2 eggs. Pour over cream cheese layer.
3. Bake 60 to 70 minutes until set.
4. Cool on side rack for about 2 hours.

Refrigerate leftovers.
