Standing rib roast (allow 2 servings per rib)

Directions:
Meat should be room temperature. Season roast. Place in shallow pan with fat side up. Preheat oven to 375. Bake for one hour - NEVER OPEN THE DOOR-. Turn oven off. Wait at least 3 hours before cooking at 375 for second cooking for 40 minutes, If small roast, cook only 35 minutes for 2nd cooking.
