3 lbs. of meat (beef, veal, lamb, or chicken) -cut up
1/4 c. quick cook tapioca
1 can peas, drained
1 can small potatoes, drained
1 can carrots, drained
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can onions, drained
1 can tomatoes - not drained
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. bouillon
1/2 c. red wine or grape juice1 onion soup mix
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Cook in oven/crock pot at 225-250/ low for 6-7 hours.
