8 oz Cooked Elbow Macaroni
1 12 oz can Evaporated Milk
1 c. Whole Milk
c. ( stick) of Butter, Melted
1 tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper
2 Lg. Eggs, Beaten
5 c. Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

Directions:
Directions:
In a large 4 qt crock-pot sprayed with Pam, mix the macaroni, evaporated milk, whole milk, butter, salt, pepper, eggs and all but c. of the shredded cheese blend. Once all mixed in, sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top once everything has been mixed together. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours and 15 mins. Turn off the crock-pot and stir the mixture and serve hot.

Oven: Grease a 9x13 pan with butter, add the mixture just like as above, then bake at 350 for 50 mins.
