1 3-4 lb Brisket or Pot Roast
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Green bell pepper finely chopped
2 pkgs Brown gravy mix
16 oz Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place the meat into a roasting pan and add the chopped onion and green peppers around it. Make the gravy mix according to the packaging directions, then pour over the meat. Place the pan into a preheated oven at 350 for 3 hours. Every 30 mins - 45 mins rotate the meat or baste with the sauce. Cook until done and then let rest. Once cool remove the meat and cut into small bites. While the meat is removed, add the whole container of sour cream to the gravy mix inside the pan and mix then add the meat back into the pan and mix again, covering the meat in the gravy sauce.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
