1 lb Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1-2 cups shredded cheese (pepperjack is good)
1 egg
3/4 cup bisquick
1-2 jalapenos, minced or chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls.

Bake at 325 for about 15-20 minutes or until done.

I got this recipe from a friend at work, Daniel Wensmann. He always had the best recipes. He was one of about 7 boys and he was one of two sets of twins! I always told him his Mother had earned her crowns in heaven if all those boys were like him.
