1 lb Bacon, Ham and/or Sausage
tsp Salt (void if using bacon)
6-8 Eggs
1 tsp Dry Mustard
2 c. Milk
6 Slices of bread, cubed
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat accordingly and drain. Add the cubed bread into a 9 x 13 baking dish, and sprinkle some cheese over the top. Add the meat over the cheese and bread. Beat the eggs, milk and dry mustard together and then pour over the top of the casserole. Refrigerate overnight, then bake at 350 for 45 min - 1 hour, until bubbly then add the rest of the cheese to the top to melt.
