2 c. icing sugar
2 tbsp. margarine (melted)
- c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla

1 - 2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. veg. oil or margarine

Directions:
Mix 1 c. icing sugar with melted margarine, add peanut butter and vanilla. Add remaining icing sugar. Shape into balls and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator. Place chocolate chips in bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Return to microwave 2 more sets of 30 second intervals, always stirring in between. Add oil to thin out the now melted chips. Remove peanut butter balls from refrigerator and use toothpick to poke, dip and coat balls with melted chocolate. Carefully drop coated balls back onto lined cookie sheet. Return finished sheet back to refrigerator. When chilled and set, remove balls and store in container in refrigerator or freezer.

Carefully heat chocolate chips. The chocolate will not harden and set if not tempered properly.
