Hamburger Tortilla Casserole Recipe

1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 stem celery, chopped

Saute in 1 tbsp. oil and set aside.

Saute: 1-1/2 lbs hamburger in skillet until pink is gone.

Add to meat:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 tsp chili powder

Add sauted vegetables.

1/2 pkg Lipton's onion soup mix in 1 cup water or beef or chicken broth
Bring to a boil. Cook corn torillas for a few seconds in mixture until soft.

Line a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Layer tortillas, meat and vegetable mixture, and grated cheese, ending with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

This casserole freezes well.
