2 lb. Bag of Hash Brown Potatoes (Frozen)
Cup of melted butter
Tsp. pepper
1 Tsp. salt
1 Pint of sour cream
1 Can cream of chicken soup
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese

Topping (optional): Cup of butter and 2 cups of cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Let potatoes thaw and mix all ingredients in large bowl. Put into long large baking dish.

Topping: put cup of margarine in sauce pan and melt, add 2 cups of cornflakes. Coat the casserole.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes uncovered
