Cheese Pie Recipe

2 cups graham crackers
cup melted butter
cup sugar

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese (room temperature)
2 eggs
⅔ cup sugar

1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Mix ingredients for crust and press into two 9 inch pie tins or one 10 inch pie tin.
Blend filling ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour in to the pie shell(s) and bake at 375 F for 20 minutes and cool 15 minutes. Mix topping ingredients together the pour over pie and bake again at 425 F for 10 minutes. Cool a little in the refrigerator.
