3 oz. package cream cheese 2 Tbsp cream ½ lb. blue cheese 2 Tbsp grated onion or ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika dash garlic salt 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients except pecans until smooth. Form into 1½ inch rolls. Spread pecans on waxed paper and roll cheese log in pecans. Wrap in waxed paper and chill. Slice thin slices and serve with crackers.
