cup margarine, melted
tsp ground nutmeg
cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 12 muffin cups. Mix sugar, margarine, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir in the milk, then mix in the baking powder and flour until just combined. Fill the cups about half-way full. Bake in oven until tops are lightly golden, 15-20 minutes. While the muffins are baking, place margarine in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar with the cinnamon. Remove muffins from cups, dip each one in margarine, and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Let cool and serve.
