2 Eggs
1 cup Brown Sugar
tsp Salt
2 tsp Vinegar
cup Maple Syrup
6 tbsp melted Butter
⅔ cup chopped Walnuts
16 premade pastry tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F.
In a bowl beat eggs only until yolks and whites are
well blended.
Add sugar,salt, vinegar and maple syrup, mixing well.
Add melted butter and walnuts.
Fill tart shells and bake 7 mins then reduce oven to 350 F
and bake 5 to 8 mins longer until bubbling.
