3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
16 oz.pumpkin purée
3½ cups flour
2 tsp salt
2tsps.baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp.cinnamon
½ tsp. Cloves
⅔ cup water
Walnuts

Directions:
You know this....just when your baking mix wet ingredients first. Then add baking powder or soda into wet ingredients (saves sifting the ingredients into dry). Mix well then add the rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 for about an hour. This may take a lot longer. Makes 2 loaves. With the walnuts probably 1 to 1½ cups use your judgement.
