1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs separated
2 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
⅔ cup milk

3 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add vanilla and egg yolks and beat till light and fluffy.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture with milk. Mix well.

Beat egg whites till stiff and add cup sugar. Mix blueberries and tablespoon flour then add into batter. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 f oven for 50 minutes, Cool then sprinkle with powder sugar.
