cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1 Tbsp flour
6 cups pared and sliced apples
cup butter
cup brown sugar
cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together first four ingredients and toss lightly with apples. Spoon into pie shell. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and remaining flour. Sprinkle over pie filling. Cover pie with lattice top and bake at 425 F for 35-40 minutes or until brown.
