cup crushed saltine crackers or Panko
green bell pepper, chopped
red bell pepper, chopped
15 ounce canned salmon
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
1 large egg, lightly beaten
cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
cup chopped cilantro optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place crackers or panko into a bowl. Add bell peppers, canned salmon, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and cilantro. Mix until incorporated.

Shape into 6-8 patties and heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

Add patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

When Wells and I were first married we would go shopping in my mother's kitchen cabinets. We got a can of salmon but didn't really know how to make croquettes so Wells called my mother and got some instructions. I have added some ingredients over time.
