32 oz pkg frozen hashbrowns
1 jar cheese wiz
1 8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion (optional)
cornflakes & butter on top (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
place thawed potatoes in 9x13 dish
mix other ingredients & mix into potatoes
bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done
crush cornflakes and place on top. drizzle butter on top and bake a few more min.
