1 Box 8oz chopped dates
1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
1 Cup chopped pecans
1 Box Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:

In a heavy pan, on low heat, melt dates, eagle brand milk and pecans until melted together semi-smooth and thick.
spread mixture onto ritz crackers and bake at 350 for 8 min.
let cool then frost w butter cream frosting.

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter - softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

mix together and spread
