3-4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cube cream cheese
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2-3 stocks of green onion
season salt
16 oz. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and add chopped green onions and garlic salt.
Chill in freezer while preparing chicken.
Slice each chicken breast in half and remove fat and excess.
Place each breast on a cutting board. Cover with a paper towel then a plastic baggie.
Pound with a meat mallet on each side then place on a clean paper towel.
Season each breast with season salt just on one side.
Add 1/2-1 T cream cheese mix 1 inch from thin side of chicken breast toward the middle of the breast.
Roll breast from thin side toward thick.
Wrap the roll with 1-2 strips of bacon and place on a broiler pan coated with non-stick spray.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes then pull from oven and flip each roll.
Place back in oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
