1 bag of potatoes O'Brien frozen hash browns 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 small carton of sour cream (8oz) salt and pepper to taste 1 t. parsley flakes 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Mix ingredients together. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 º for 1 hour in a 9" x 13" greased pan.
