1 chicken cut up or 6 chicken breasts
2 T. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup
1 ½ cups long-grain rice (not instant)
minced onion, minced garlic, parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Put soups and margarine in kettle and heat to bubbling . Add rice. Place in a low casserole or 9" x 13" pan. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. (optional to sprinkle Liptons© onion soup on top). Bake at 300 º for 2 hours uncovered. Best to cover some during cooking to avoid chicken drying out.
