c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
c. chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together, first. Add egg, bananas, and flour and other dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake 50 minutes at 325, makes one loaf.

Fun at the farm in Iowa. The Anderson's would come out to camp at the farm so everybody could be together.
