2 T. butter
chicken pieces for 8 people
c. dark corn syrup
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 T. lemon juice
tsp. oregano
dash salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook chicken in hot butter until browned on all sides.
In a cup, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low, cover skillet and simmer 35 minutes or until chicken is fork tender, basting frequently.
