2 T. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
⅓ c. apricot preserves (Polaner All Fruit)
1 T. chili sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a 12 in. skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts until browned on all sides (about 20 min.).
Stir in apricot preserves, chili sauce, mustard and salt.
Heat through and serve.
