2 c. seedless raisins
2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsps. corn starch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins in 1 3/4 c. water for 5 minutes. Combine brown sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, salt and 1/4 c. water. Add to raisins. Stir until mixture boils again than add butter, vinegar and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake 25 minutes at 425
