3 lb. brisket
1 medium onion
1 can of beer
12 oz. tomato based chili sauce
cup packed brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
BBQ sauce
Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Season brisket with salt and pepper and place in a crock pot. Add chopped onion. In a bowl, mix beer, chili sauce and brown sugar. Pour over brisket and onion. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours. Shred for sandwiches and top with BBQ sauce.
