4 (6 oz.) packages butterscotch morsels
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 Tbsps. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. maple extract
1 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan, over low heat, melt butterscotch morsels with condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

Spread evenly into a wax paper lined 8 in. pan. Chill for 2-3 hours or until firm.

Turn pan out over cutting board and peel off wax paper. Cut into squares and store loosely covered at room temperature.
