1 lb ground beef
onion
garlic
Spaghetti Sauce with 1/2 cup water added
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain the fat if necessary. Mix in spaghetti sauce and water. Put 3/4 cup sauce in the bottom of the pan, top with 3 lasagna noodles. Mix the ricotta cheese and 1 eggj, basil and oregano. Put 3/4 cup of ricotta cheese on top of lasagna noodles and top with 3/4 cup sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Top the whole lasagna with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until the top is browned.
