1 3pk Romaine Lettuce, finely chopped
10 finely sliced chives
2 pk Chicken Ramen Noodles
1 pk Sliced Almonds

Dressing:
1 1/2 cups Veg Oil
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Chicken Seasoning packets from Ramen Noodles
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 T Sugar

Topping: Break up Ramen noodles and place on a baking sheet with sliced almonds. Bake on 350 for 5-10 minutes or until brown. Make sure NOT TO BURN. Once lightly browned, remove from oven and save as topping.

Cut up lettuce and place in bowl with paper towel for longer storage time.

Mix together oil, vinegar, seasoning packets, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well.

When ready to serve salad, mix in chives. Coat salad with dressing, mix well. Add in toppings and mix well. Serve immediately. Do not mix in Ramen noodles and almonds until you are ready to serve.
