1 c cold leftover coffee (or 1 c water and 1 Tbsp instant coffee powder)
1 ripe banana (frozen is nice)
3-4Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (Special Dark is nice if you have it)
2 Scoops Protein powder, or 1 cup plain greek yogurt

Mix all in high-powered blender. Add additional water as needed for consistency.

Decadent. This is a lot of cocoa powder, you could use much less. However Cocoa has a high fiber content and low calories so I don't skimp.
