Ingredients:
1 pkg of 3 Romaine, finely chopped
6 Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 large Cucumber
1 pkg Bacon Bits
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg Wonton Strips
1 container Hidden Valley Ranch (Creamy Parmesan) **Discontinued, any creamy parmesan would work.

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse Romaine, removed bad leaves and finely chop. Place in airtight container covered with a paper towel. (it makes the lettuce last longer)

Dice tomatoes and cucumber and place in separate containers. Empty Bacon into microwave save bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Remove and place in covered container. Prior to serving mix together lettuce and 1/3 bottle of dressing, add in tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon and parmesan. Mix well and pour wonton strips on top. Mix and serve.

*Note that Hidden Valley discontinued the dressing. I am hopeful it will return. I will be developing a new dressing at a later date.
