6 Hardboiled Eggs
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dill
2 T Finely Chopped Onion
1 T Mustard
1/2 tsp Vinegar
Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peeled eggs in half length wise and place yolks in mixing bowl. Set the sides aside on separate plate. Mash the yolks with the back of a fork and add mayo, dill, onion, mustard, vinegar and cayenne. Mix well.

Spoon or pipe filling back into egg white. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Sometimes I omit onion if I want them to keep longer.
