10 eggs 1/2 cup flour or 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 16 oz small curd cottage cheese 1 lb shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted 1 small can chopped green chilis
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake in casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
