1 cup margarine
1 cups white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
tsp salt
cup cold coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1 can apple sauce
cup brown sugar
tsp cinnamon
cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, egg whites, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and baking soda, alternating with coffee. Fold in applesauce. Pour in a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.
