4 cups mixed greens salad mix
1 tbsp light honey mustard dressing (Make your own using 3 parts honey to one part dijon.)
2 ahi tuna steaks
Canola cooking spray
Dash of salt and black pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 oz green onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Cover tuna steaks with canola cooking spray salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Step 2: Heat a medium skillet on medium high until hot.
Step 3: Sear tuna for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium rare
Step 4: Cut tuna in 1/3 slices and add cut up green onions on top
Step 5: Serve over a bed of salad greens
