3 cups sugar snap peas, trimmed, rinsed, dried
3 tablespoons olive oil mixed with 2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup panko crumbs
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray

Combine sugar peas with olive oil/garlic mixture and toss to coat

In separate bowl mix together pank crumbs,parmesan cheese, parsley,salt and pepper.

Add panko mixture to sugar peas and toss to combine

Arrange on baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until crispy turning once during cooking
