1 pkg yeast
2¼ C warm water
¼ C sugar
1 T salt
2 T oil
5½ to 6½ C flour

Directions:

1. In large bowl or mixer dissolve yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. When the yeast is foamy add the sugar, salt,
oil and 4 C flour. Mix until smooth.

2. Add remaining flour ½ C at a time to form a soft, smooth dough. Knead 5 to 7 minutes. Place dough in oiled bowl'
cover and let rise in warm place till double in size.

3. Punch dough down. Split dough in half and form two loaves. Let rise again.. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375º.
